Job Responsibilities
- Plan a growth strategy that focuses on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Identify new markets and customer needs through market research
- Lead generation and cold calling prospective customers
- Organize business meetings with prospective clients, either face to face or telephonic.
- Following up on new business opportunities
- Preparation and planning of presentations
- Presenting products and services that address or predict the needs of clients
- Preparation of sales contracts in accordance with legal requirements
- Develop long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Discuss the promotional strategy and activities with the core team
- Attend seminars, conferences, and other events as necessary
- Stay up-to-date on trends and changes in the business world
- Ability to quickly adapt to the changing needs of customers and devise a plan to meet the same.
Qualifications/Skills Required
- Experience as a business development manager or sales/marketing executive
- Proven track record of sales
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- MS Office proficiency
- English proficiency
- Knowledge of the market
- Negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to establish rapport
- Planning and time management skills
- A BSc/BA in business administration is preferred
